How TNC Academy works
Programmes built for you
Every institution has a different problem. A secondary school needs a pathway that tracks its syllabus, a university needs students to meet the exit requirement, a business needs staff who can use English at work. We design around that problem rather than handing the same ready-made programme to everyone.
A platform that is already running
There is no system to buy and no technical work to take on. TNC Academy runs both the learning platform and the testing platform, and learners only need a device they already own and an internet connection. Where an institution already has its own learning management system, we connect to it rather than asking anyone to change how they work.
Qualified teaching staff
Vietnamese, international and native-speaker teachers. Every teacher holds a university degree, a TESOL, CELTA or IELTS qualification, and at least two years of teaching experience.
With you for the whole term
We do not hand over and walk away. From the entrance assessment to the end-of-term report, TNC Academy follows progress and adjusts the pathway when it needs adjusting.
How we deliver
Assessment
We measure learner levels and look at the institution's actual conditions.
Pathway design
We choose the programme, the study load and the progress checkpoints.
Handover and training
Accounts are issued, learner data is loaded, teachers and administrators are trained.
Operation
We track progress and handle technical support throughout the term.
Reporting and adjustment
Regular reports to the institution, with the pathway adjusted to real results.
The technical side, the data and the support are ours. The institution stays on teaching and on managing its learners.
Platform
Two parts, used together in one pathway or used separately.
Vigo · Learning platform
Lessons are released weekly, combining self-study with live online classes. Vocabulary comes back on a spaced repetition schedule. Progress and results appear in the software and in regular reports to the institution and to families.
Vigo Exam · Testing platform
An online testing platform covering Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing, in real exam format and under time. Results break down by section, with a progress history across sittings.
